Entering Extended Hand to Big Toe Pose
Stand on one leg and draw the other knee toward the chest. Hold the big toe, foot, or use a strap. Extend the lifted leg forward or out to the side while keeping the torso upright. Take a steady inhale to create length, then use the exhale to settle into the final shape.
Exiting Extended Hand to Big Toe Pose
Bend the lifted knee. Release the foot and return it to the floor with control. Pause in a neutral position for a moment before continuing.
