- Props

- Hold Time
- 8 to 12 minutes
- Cautions and Contraindications
- Use extra support for pregnancy, blood pressure changes, or pain. Comfort and ease are the priority over depth.
- Entering Supported Childs Pose
- Place a bolster or folded blankets in front of you. Come to kneeling and bring the torso forward over the support. Turn one cheek to rest and let the arms relax beside the bolster or mat. Take a steady inhale to create length, then use the exhale to settle into the final shape.
- Exiting Supported Childs Pose
- Press into the hands and slowly lift the torso. Come back to kneeling and remove the support if needed. Pause in a neutral position for a moment before continuing.
