- Use extra support for pregnancy, blood pressure changes, or pain. Comfort and ease are the priority over depth.
- Entering Reclined Bound Angle with Bolster
- Set a bolster or incline behind you and sit at its base. Bring the soles of the feet together and support the thighs. Lower back onto the bolster and rest the arms out to the sides. Take a steady inhale to create length, then use the exhale to settle into the final shape.
- Exiting Reclined Bound Angle with Bolster
- Guide the knees together with the hands. Roll to one side and come up slowly. Pause in a neutral position for a moment before continuing.
