Lie on the back and curve the body into a side bend.

- Cautions and Contraindications
- Avoid forcing depth. Back out if you feel sharp, pinching, or electric sensations, especially around knees and low back.
- Entering Banana Pose
- Lie on your back with the legs extended. Walk both feet to one side and both arms overhead to the same side. Curve the body into a gentle crescent shape. Take a steady inhale to create length, then use the exhale to settle into the final shape.
- Exiting Banana Pose
- Walk the feet and arms back to center. Pause flat on the back before changing sides. Pause in a neutral position for a moment before continuing.
